
SALON POLICIES
We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This policy is in place to protect both your time, and the time and livelihood of our stylists. Last minute cancelations do not allow us time to fill your reservation, resulting in loss of income for your stylist. By continuing to book, you agree to our cancelation policies.
We require a card on file for all future reservations.
We kindly request a 48 hour notice for any changes or cancelations to your appointment.
In the event that cancelations do not meet the 48 hour policy, you agree to forfeit a 50% cost of the scheduled service. If a cancelation occurs within 24 hours, you agree to forfeit 100% of your scheduled service visit.
PLEASE GIVE US A CALL IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT
IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE, YOU MAY BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE OR FORFEIT PART OF YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE
OUR TIME IS VALUABLE — CLIENTS WITH MULTIPLE CANCELATIONS/LAST MINUTE CHANGES WILL BE DENIED OPPORTUNITY TO BOOK FUTURE APPOINTMENTS

THE SALON IS FULL OF CHEMICALS, SHARP ITEMS, AND HOT TOOLS. FOR SAFETY PER CAUTIONS, WE RESPECTFULLY ASK CHILDREN NOT BE IN THE SALON
